0 - 39.99 is £4.95

£40.00 - £59.99 is £5.95

£60 - £74.99 is £7.95

Orders over £75 are free 

Delivery in the UK will generally be with Evri or Royal Mail. 

We aim to have your parcel delivered to you within 14 working days from processing your order. This can take 3 to 5 days. 
Sometimes this could be longer, as we have most items delivered to us first so we can check quality etc and of course taking into consideration of delivery times of up to a week from our suppliers.
If there happens to be a delay we will be in touch and let you know.

Please allow the 14 working days before letting us know and we will chase it up. 
Be aware that during holiday periods like Christmas etc, this time could be longer.


Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Yes, so please be aware of delivery times of your items as we have some imports that take a bit longer. We do this to avoid having to increase postage costs. If you wish to have part of your order before the rest then you must purchase separately, otherwise all will be sent together when order is complete.
